Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a cozy living space, beautiful king bed, and a well-appointed kitchen.

Although we are unable to offer parking, there is an affordable overnight lot close by. Whether spots are available depends on demand. We know of multiple lots in the area and are happy to provide recommendations upon booking.

Walk Score is a 93/100. Gaslamp and Petco Park are very close by! We recommend walking or using Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE:

- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover, it may be delayed up to 6 pm. Please check with us after booking to confirm your check-in time.
- Parking is not included.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Access requires guests to use stairs.
- We do not offer cable at this property.
- Pack n' play available upon request > Guest must request it prior to arrival day to check for availability!
- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction. The unit is fabulous, as shown in the photos, and the hosts are quick to respond to any inquiries. They arranged parking for us and it is super close to transit (buses and light rail) as well! It's within walking distance of the Gaslamp District and the East Village, and a short drive to Balboa Park and Little Italy. There are a few homeless folk around, as noted in the description, but they keep to themselves and didn't cause any issues. All in all we loved the unit and the location!

Great Place, Sketchy Neighborhood

The actual room was top notch! A lovely place that was really well maintained. The owners were very flexible, very nice, and communicated effectively. I can’t say enough great things about the actual place. Saying that, the neighborhood is very sketchy, there are a LOT of homeless people that appear to be actively on drugs. Just beware. Again, the actual room was very nice and the hosts were amazing!

Bad Experience

This property will be the reason my wife and I book hotels from here on out after years of booking VRBO stays. We asked if we could check in early via the app and were quickly sent entry instructions. When we entered the building, the entire hall smelt like marijuana and urine. We typed in the code and we’re surprised to find a family still there who were never told. They kindly packed up early and we texted the property and they were immediately defensive. We decided we’d just keep our bags in the apartment until the cleaners came, but upon entry, the entire place reaked and my wife has an allergy and couldn’t stay. We tried to open the window and the entire blind fell off the wall. We again messaged our contact explaining medically, we could not stay there and again, we were met with defensiveness and he refused to assist in anyway (all he’d have to do is go to the property to confirm the smell and overall state). We walked down the street and checked in to a hotel… and tried again to find a solution but they still refused to acknowledge or deal with any of the issues. Recommend looking elsewhere as this whole experience was terrible and again… the reason we’re official done with VRBO and property management companies who do not care about their property/guests.
