This home is used by my family and is meticulously cared for. We recently renovated the home to an open concept layout, remodeled the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and built a backyard specifically for relaxing and entertaining.

• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top w/250lb weight limit), room darkening shades
BATHROOMS: All essentials provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer (1), towels, make-up towels, extra toilet paper
PARKING
• Plenty of free street parking right in front of the home
• 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk
WASHER/DRYER
• Available for longer stays, upon request (located in the garage)
HOUSE RULES
We take great pride in maintaining this home for ourselves and other guests to enjoy. Please treat it as if it were your own home
• No late night parties/gatherings
• No smoking of any kind in or around the home
• No pets
• No loud music outdoors
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours.
• Outdoor activities must end before 10pm
