Perfect Beach Home w/Air Conditioning and Parking

This house is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The first room is equipped with a king size bed, and the second room has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. The kitchen and the dining room flow nicely onto the large, private back patio for great indoor/outdoor entertaining. Just outside the back patio gate is a shared barbecue for all your grilling needs. This beach home has air-conditioning for your comfort and a private washer and dryer for your convenience. There is off street parking for two cars tandem.



You will have access to the main house and large, private back patio. There is a shared BBQ right outside your rear patio gate. There is also off street parking for two cars tandem.

The house has keypad locks for easy access.



The beach and bay are both right down the street, 4 blocks away, in different directions. And when you get tired of surfing, swimming or sunbathing... you can come back, relax and dry-off in the private back patio. It’s a great place to BBQ.



Everywhere in Pacific Beach is walking distance from my place. You're 15-20 minute drive from Mission Valley's shopping and the famous Fashion Valley shopping area. Sea World is only a 10 minute drive away. You can walk to the Catamaran Hotel for their daily dinner ferry, head Downtown in approximately 15mins, or cross the international border (Tijuana) in around 45min.



If you are adventurous, you can go paddle boarding or kayaking in the bay, go surfing, or join a surf school that has all the gear you need. (Pacific Surf School or Surfer Girls Surf School). Snorkeling or kayaking at the Cove in La Jolla is memorable. For the land loving, biking and hiking at nearby Mission Bay and the Boardwalk are both great. Torrey pines is a beautiful coastal hike located right on cliffs above the ocean (20min drive). Durning the summer nights, you can enjoy Sea World's famous fireworks show every evening from the bayside boardwalk.
