“We've been staying at this property almost every year for a number of years now. We still love it. It's not super fancy but has everything we need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing week at the beach. It's perfect for us! Great views to watch the dolphins and the sunset, just off the boardwalk to avoid the extra noise, and easy to go back and forth between the beach and meal times or potty breaks. We'd buy it if it ever went up for sale, it's that enjoyable!”

“With the beach just foot steps away I knew I would love this place. The cottage was perfect for our stay. The sights and sounds of Mission Blvd were exactly as I imagined. “We were surprised that there was no table inside to eat on. After we complained, one arrived which made our stay more comfortable. Sofa outside and inside not comfortable. Incomplete kitchen baking pans etc. BBQ not working. We loved the proximity to the dog beach. We were only 3 cottages from the beach. If you are planning on eating out most of the time, this is a good fit.”

“Place was sparkling when we arrived. Codes worked as expected, despite my brain. Never got the original email but Michael remedied that rapidly. The venue was completely as described. There was a great hot tub. A couple of gas grills (lucky as one of them was out of propane, the other did the trick!). Parking in the garage for one car was great!
