“We were greeted after a long flight where our luggage was lost on route by a very cheery and helpful front desk person Arianna. She made our whole stay very personable and made it more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and very mogern. Its also very well placed for downtown San Diego. Overall its a great place to stay for the San Diego experience ”

“We checked in around 2:30 - 3:00 pm. Received the warning around 6:00 pm. Decided we did not feel safe and checked out around 6:30 and went home. We asked the hotel staff if we could get a refund and discount but they said the manager would not be in until later. ”
