“Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room we were first given was located right next to the elevator and the lobby bar, which caused significant noise throughout the evening. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee — something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. ”

“Enjoyed the location of the hotel and proximity to the beach, restaurants, downtown area. The breakfast options were good and my family enjoyed it. Liked the quaint feel of the hotel. There were some aspects of the bathroom/shower that could be better updated. My family and I had a nice time and will come back.”

“Very average hotel on the more basic side of what is on offer in San Diego. The pool is the size of a yacuzzi. The gym is a small room with a few weights. The rooms are fine but not as clean as you'd hope. Overall it was okay, but certainly nothing more. The staff are nice and helpful.”
