“We really loved our stay. We got a free upgrade to a room with sea view and even though the other room would have been fine as well, this was the perfect start to our holiday. The hotel is really beautifully decorated and there's a lot of attention to detail. We also really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. All in all a perfect stay.”

“Terrible experience. The hotel lost power, so there was no air conditioning or proper lighting. I did not see any real effort from management to address the problem or make guests comfortable. They eventually provided a small generator, but it only powered one fan and one light—and it stopped working around 3:00 a.m. We were left in the heat and darkness for the rest of the night. The hotel should have had a better emergency plan, communicated clearly with guests, and offered compensation....
