“Pleasant, comfortable apartment. Unfortunately, it was 90 degrees F and the air conditioner in the bedroom went out and didn't get fixed until after we left. Otherwise the place was great.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and our host, Gianmarco, was wonderful. He met us when we got off the train and took us to the apartment. He showed us around, answered any questions we had, and had left snacks and a bottle of wine. He has been our best host so far and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!”

“Great location with walking distance to everything! 25 min to Vatican, 30 to Colosseum for example. A lot of restaurants very close by. We absolutely loved the location! Good size of room and comfortable beds. Very firm pillows though! Absolutely not soundproofing rooms! It was very noicy from the other rooms (we could hear speaking, people arguing, music etc from other rooms) and the sound from staff cleaning or other guests was what woke us up every morning. Very little noice from the street...

“Das Apartment ist hübsch sauber und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war am Ende ganz toll und einfach Hand zu haben. Wir hatten nur das Pech, das bei Expedia erst die falsche Adresse genannt wurde . Das hat dann kurzfristig zu einem Missverständnis geführt. Es konnte sich dann aber klären, indem wir die Person, mit der ich die ganze Zeit in Kontakt war, die richtige Straße genannt hat, Alles in allem eine wunderbare Oase,...

“This place is an amazing place in the middle of Rione Monti. It has a particular charm and an amazing history. It is close to everything and still very quiet. A beautiful courtyard and a wonderful host. We’re so happy to have found this place. The place needs some TLC but it is still ok as that the host makes up for it with charm and flexibility. ”

“The room and building we clean and I felt safe. The building is beautiful. The pull out sofa was terrible and extremely uncomfortable. I had a bar going through my back and we had to sleep with our heads at the foot end of the couch. Otherwise, the angle of the bed was towards the head so our feet would’ve been raised had we slept on it properly The AC didn’t work well it wouldn’t cool the room it was incredibly warm out at 29° C and inside as well and you couldn’t open windows it was too...

“It was a nice clean appartment with all things you need. The location was good - walking distanse to most of the tvings to see in Rome. The bad thing was the bathroom - the shower was in the jacuzzi and also just one toilet. I could recconde this appartment”
