The main level is designed around the sea, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas all oriented toward the coastline. A bright ocean-facing living and dining space overlooks Casa Del Mar’s manicured grounds, pools, palms, and shoreline below, while expansive windows bring in natural light and keep the connection to the water constant throughout the day.

The kitchen is sleek and understated, with dark cabinetry, clean-lined surfaces, and bar seating that flows naturally into the main living space. A guest powder room on this level adds convenience for shared stays and entertaining.
