The home features two spacious king suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom, along with a queen bedroom and a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. A fully equipped kitchen and in-home washer and dryer provide everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.



Step outside and experience what truly sets this home apart. The villa sits on double lots, offering rare privacy, extra space, and unobstructed ocean views. The private pool and expansive lounge terrace are perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying slow Cabo mornings or sunset cocktails under the palapa.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home.



There is a second home located on the property within the same gated lot; however, each home is fully separate and designed to ensure complete privacy, with no shared indoor or outdoor living spaces.



Guests also have access to a private beach club just a short walk or drive away, featuring a pool, beach access, restaurant and bar, and gym.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the gated community of Laguna Hills, this home offers privacy, security, and stunning views along one of the most desirable stretches of coastline in San José del Cabo. The property sits just one mile up the beach from the Ritz, offering similar scenery with a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.



Within five miles, you’ll find some of the area’s most sought-after dining destinations, including Flora Farms, Acre, Nao, Rubas, Lumbre, and Kitchen. Downtown San José del Cabo is just a short drive away, where guests can enjoy art galleries, shopping, local cafes, and the popular Thursday Art Walk.
