Great for teens and families
Casa Susana was great for our 4 teens and family of 6. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen and dining room was great for family meals and snacking. Access to the beach club was nice but some of the amenities and scheduling didn't line up as planned. Definitely need to plan accordingly and verify the schedule depending on what you want to do. The hosts were incredibly communicative and quick to respond. It was easy to plan and coordinate with Maria and Jorge.

Friends Retreat
Flawless stay at Casa Susana! The property manager, Cecilia, was extremely kind and helpful. She helped us organized an extra bed and delicious dinner cooked at the house. We had all the amenities we needed and more.

Awesome views
This property was great! Cecilia took Care of our every want. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. House is spacious and fun. I wish we would have went to the Beach club sooner as that was super nice. I highly recommend this property.

Great family stay
Great place for the family with phenomenal views of the beach and local terrain. The pool, ping-pong table, foosball table and pool table are great for family fun. Very nice neighborhood and local beach club but even more amenities.

Great property for group of friends
Maria made the entire stay easy! She is the best! Fabulous communication, good location and we never felt the need to go into Cabo San Lucas. Three similar king bedrooms, comfy firm beds, enough pillows, good water pressure in shower, lots of games and fun gameroom downstairs. Nice firepit and speakers to connect to phonefor musica. Highly recommend chef Raul and his.wife Cici who cooked.for us 2 nights. Friendly housekeeper who came daily. The Fundadores Beach club had great service including massages and mani/pedi. Golf at PLC and their excessive comfort stations recommended. Even changed reservation from.another course to play PLC again. We would stay again.

Great location!
Really enjoyed this location. Centrally located in San Jose with easy access to restaurants, golf courses, etc. The beach club inside the community was an amazing perk. Maria was a fantastic host - super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home
We had a great trip and really enjoyed this home. The 3 king rooms made each couple very comfortable. The property manager, Maria, was very helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Maria and staff were amazing from the day I booked till the day I left, the house was amazing with all you can ask for. The view is just fire would definitely be staying here again please don't look further book asap this place is just perfect!

Great time.
Our family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. This home is in a great location with beautiful views. It is a very family friendly home with lots of entertainment(pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, swimming pool). The only downside is that there isn't a family room setting with relaxing couches to hang out in as a family, it's all about the game room. This worked well for our family because we have kids ranging from 14-21 years old. Maria and everyone involved with the property were awesome and I would recommend this property for any family looking to get away and have a good time. .

Fantastico!
We had a great stay at this beautiful vacation home. It is quite large - I think you could comfortably have two families stay here. The pool and amenities at the home are great and the home (and most importantly the kitchen) is equipped far better than you typically find with vacation rentals. The beach club and gym is fantastic. The resort security is excellent. The views from the home are spectacular. If you are looking for a vacation in the area based out of San Jose and want something quiet with your own space - this is the place. Cabo is only a half hour away if you want to spend some time there. You are close to Flora Farms and other amazing restaurants for great dining. Thank you Susan for a wonderful stay!

Awesome house, great for group vacation.
Everything in house was great, lots of games, view was unreal, good location, beach club access, all bedrooms have their own bathroom, caretaker’s daughter cooked for us 3 times and was very good. Only things I would say I would change is downstairs opens to pool with pool table, ping pong table, darts, games, huge bar, and the fridge holds about a 6-pack and no freezer for ice, needs a full size fridge in bar area for sure, and pool is pretty cold, described as a plung pool but it would be nice if it was heated as most in that price range are we just didn’t realize till just before we were leaving to go.

Hello Steve. I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit. Great idea about the fridge downstairs. There are numerous coolers of all sizes in the garage but I'm going to look into fixing a larger icebox into the bar area. The temperature of the plunge pool varies with the weather and can be turned up or down by the caretaker there as needed. Hopefully the jacuzzi at the club made up for it. Stay well

Fabulous layout, location and amenities!
We celebrated Christmas here with three generations. The common areas were great for gathering! We also enjoyed the separate rooms and bathrooms for regrouping. We mixed cooking with eating out, and enjoyed all the games and closed each day by the firepit. We were fortunate enough to see whales and manterays jumping from the house. We also enjoyed the access to the Beach Club! We had Christmas dinner there, a lunch there, swam and watched a sunset from the beach there. We were surprised how reasonably priced their drinks and meals were given how beautiful the pool and amenities were. We definately enjoyed our stay here!

Absolutely perfect
Prior to our most recent stay, we have stayed at this property twice before and the fact that we keep returning, despite numerous other options, should speak volumes. The property is equally suitable for a large family, a couple of family’s, or as in our case, 8 friends on an annual fishing trip. We always make plans to engage in other activities outside of the house, but invariably those plans disintegrate, because staying there is like staying at a resort. One of the highlights of our trip every year, is hiring Luisa to cook and clean for us. She and her daughter in-law are amazing cooks and very pleasant as well. If you can secure some tuna, make sure you request her sashimi.

OMG! So Amazing!! We'll be back!
If you're looking for a wonderful, incredibly safe spot in Puerto Los Cabos, this is it! We had four couples there and there was plenty of space and plenty of fun to be had. With the pool, ping pong, darts, foosball, billards and tons of games, you didn't even have to leave the place. What made it even harder to leave was hiring Luisa (the caretaker) to do our shopping and cooking for us. She and her daughter were amazing people and amazing cooks. We ate very, very well. Muchas gracias Luisa! All that said, we did need to head out and explore while we were there. The Beach Club (access included with the house) was fantastic - infinity pool, beautiful beach, boche ball, food and drink service - super lux (and still not that expensive). Susan's communication was top notch before and during our stay. She was very attentive and helpful with all of our needs. You can't walk to the beach from the property so having a car is key (the Beach Club is just 5 min away by car but it would be quite a walk up a very steep hill!). Susan gave us the heads up on having a vehicle and on many places to go to eat, drink, relax and play. Thanks so much for hosting us in your wonderful home!

Awesome... warm, accommodating, safe, friendly and beautiful.
The property was perfect for our family of 6. The layout was great, ocean views from all windows even the shower. Walked into hospitality and birthday celebratory wishes from Luisa, now friend and caretaker of Casa Susana. She prepared a delicious authentic meal for my husband’s birthday, margaritas and cold beers as requested. (Her services very reasonable). We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. We loved the club house oh my goodness what a beautiful view from the infinity pool and the ocean a few steps below. The service was amazing.. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the home environment, location and safety. Double gated. Gate to enter the community at large and a Gate to the smaller community where Casa Susana was located. I might also add the owner , Susan was so helpful, kind and accommodating. I felt more like family than just a weekend with a VRBO property.. thank you, thank you gracias, mucho gracias my friends.

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday
We rented the home with another family and it was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful views, pool, games room to keep the teenagers busy and an amazing club house to spend lazy days reading a book by the infinity pool. Both Susan and Lucia were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and helpful. Lucia made us an authentic Mexican lunch upon our arrival which was delicious and appreciated. I would recommend making the drive to Costco for groceries, much cheaper than the local grocery store. It was a great holiday, we were sad to come home.

Beautiful house in a great location
Spent a weekend at Casa Susanna for a friends birthday. The house is accommodating for hosting nice dinners and also fun and games. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the place if you’re looking for a house that conveniently located to the harbor for fishing and golf

Once again a great vacation.
This was our second year in a row staying in this house and we were not disappointed. The house is very well equipped and impeccably clean. There were 8 of us staying there on our annual fishing trip and we rarely left the house, other than to go fishing our purchase supplies. We felt no need, as there are many activities right at the house, from the pool to the pool table. I would recommend talking to the owner about hiring two ladies she knows to cook and clean. The meals they produced were amazing and an extremely good value.

Great Spring Break with Family and Friends
We recently stayed ( 9 of us, 4 adults, 5 kids ) and had a blast!!! Fantastic home with swimming pool, pool table, ping pong, and basket ball, amazing for the kids and adults. Close access to beach, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, surfing, did it all!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Great base for a fishing trip with buddies
Myself and seven of my fishing buddies stayed at this property for a week. This house was perfect for our purposes, great location, well appointed and very attractive. The house itself is about a 5 minute drive from where we chartered our boats, so very convenient. When you rent the house you will have access to the communities beach club. This is a very beautiful club with an infinity pool right on the playa. The community of Puerto Los Cabo's feels very safe and secure with friendly and professional staff manning the gates.
