Summary:
Of all the development projects going on around Los Cabos it can be hard to find properties that really stick out....Punto Nima is one of those that does!

This building has one of the best architectural designs in all of Cabo and is especially ahead of it's time in San Jose del Cabo.

Utilizing the natural guidelines of the land plot, this beautiful building arcs around the corner providing incredible aesthetics and even more impressive views.

The Space:
In addition to the stunning design of this brand new building, once you enter this beautiful 5th Floor unit it will be impossible not to marvel at the incredible furniture and decor that the property owner selected. Every detail is carefully considered and the color schemes, textures, and attention to detail is unmatched.

Not only does the unit have style, but the clear focus on comfort is also abundant and the King size mattress in the Master bedroom, plush living room couch, and stunning outdoor lounge chaise radiate relaxation.

If that wasn't enough, the views of the continuous waves crashing along the beach (close enough you can hear them) and beautiful horizon of this perfectly placed property are certain to leave you in awe!

Once you're settled in, Guests can also enjoy the stunning rooftop infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor rooftop kitchen, state of the art gym, and game room complete with billiards, shuffleboard, and outdoor pickleball court.

If you're traveling as a family there is also an outdoor playground private to the community, allowing kids to get their energy out while you can relax and enjoy a coffee or cocktail in the nearby outdoor lounge and seating area.

The Neighborhood:

Guests of the property can easily walk to the beach, a very high-end grocery store, and an abundance of the best restaurants featured in the Hotel Zone of San Jose del Cabo.

For those looking to enjoy the famed Thursday night Art Walk in downtown San Jose del Cabo you are just a 5 minute drive away, where you can find stunning street artists. vendors, food, and fun for the whole family.

Getting Around:
Given the incredible location of this property a car is not necessary, however, for those looking to explore the greater Los Cabos area, the property does come with a covered parking spot in the underground garage.

If you opt out of a rental car, The Agency Baja is happy to provide private transportation to/from the airport or to any activities or attractions you may wish to enjoy.

    We go to San Jose 1-2 times a year and have stayed in many different hotels, condos, etc. This Punto Nima stay was fantastic! 100% Will stay here again. The pool is quiet, warm and beautiful. The entire facility is clean and safe. You are in walking distance to so many places. You get a parking spot in the underground parking garage which is nice. Johel is very friendly and helpful guy that met us when we arrived and showed us everything! Dang, what a view from this unit. Porch is great for whale watching. We saw whales jumping and splashing from the porch. Can’t wait to book again soon! Thank you Johel!
