“The villa and views are gorgeous. This is basically three large bedrooms with a sitting area. The outdoor kitchen didn't have plates or silverware so you couldn't really make food to eat there. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the restaurants and cafe nearby. There are a lot of dogs on the property. At least 5 big ones and a few small dogs too. We liked them but sometimes it was overwhelming. Also the sink water was sometimes brown. The hosts were quick to respond and very organized.”

The internet is a bit slow so if you plan to work from here best to have a back up. When we stayed there was no renters in the back house so we had the entire place to ousleves. “Our first time in Ajijic and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay. We had a wonderful time staying at Alex's inviting casita; it's comfortable and well-maintained. Alex was helpful starting from our initial contact. The location within Ajijic works out very well in that it's in a quieter part of town yet close to the Malecon and easily walkable to anywhere else. The gated neighborhood is a big plus.
