Vår byggnad blockerar allt ljud från staden. Allt du hör med fönstren öppna är det ljuva ljudet av vågor som kraschar på stranden. Gå ut och du är i hjärtat av staden: en snabb promenad till restauranger, barer, klubbar. Både i naturens omtanke och i hjärtat av staden.

20: e våningen Studio direkt mot havet ger en fantastisk utsikt och total integritet: ingen kan se inuti lägenheterna med persiennerna helt öppna. Höger vid havet vid korsningen av de två stora stränderna i San Juan - Ocean Park Beach och Condado Beach. Du kan gå till Ocean Park-stranden genom byggnadens egen ingång. Byggnaden har en stor vuxenpool, en barnpool, en tennisbana och ett litet gym. På stranden hittar du beachvolleybanor. Enheten har en täckt privat tilldelad parkeringsplats.
Utmärkt läge: Condado del Mar på Ashford Ave. Gångavstånd till restauranger, stormarknad, kasinon, barer, sjukhus, butiker, parker, hotell.
Vyn och platsen är absolut bästa i San Juan och rivaliserande någon annan i Karibien. Detta är en studio lägenhet möblerad med alla nya möbler i slutet av 2018. Köket renoverades sen 2018. Badrummet är det ursprungliga badrummet och förblir un-remodeled. Det som gör det är utsikten och placeringen och effekten av kombinationen av att vara direkt på stranden, högt upp och få den mest fantastiska brisen, ligger i mitten av byggnaden och en bra plats i San Juan och mot slutet av Ocean Park Beach. Detta blockerar allt buller från staden, men på något sätt kan du höra det söta ljudet av vågor som kraschar på stranden. Du får också en spektakulär panoramautsikt över den blå himmelen och det blå havet. Så medan du har tillgång till allt som en storstadsby erbjuder, har du också din privata avskild strandpromenad där du kan njuta av naturen helt utan att lämna bekvämligheterna i staden eller ens ditt rum. För att komma till stranden, våga ut ur vår privata grind och du är i den mest avskilda och privata delen av Ocean Park Beach. Det är som om du har din egen privata strand.

This place is great! Walking distance to the marina and check in area to booked excursions to Culebra and the other Islands or PR. Amazing view!!!!!!!!! Easy to get in and out with the chip on the keys. Restaurants nearby. Must visit!!

Perfect Location

This condominium was in a great location. Beach and pool access. Elevators are super quick, low wait time. The condo was clean and had everything you need. Being able to sleep with the ocean sound and the ocean breeze was so awesome. No bugs on 21st floor and what a view from up there. Nima the host is truly committed to making sure your stay is exceptional. He answered every time I called and was so helpful. It was above and beyond. Had an incredible time with everything so close by. A restaurant called -Donde Olga- was just 11 mins by car and it had the freshest seafood. The staff in the condominium were super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go to when I'm on the island. Thank you so much Nima.

Our host was lovely. We arrived the night the power came back on and I was concerned about drinking water. He sent his staff out to stock us water. By the time we got to PR the lights were back on! At no fault of the host, they were doing work on the grounds around the pool area and outside cosmetic work on the actual building from the fall storms. Overall it was a wonderful stay, 24 hour security and some restaurants within walking distance. The property is close to the end on condado Beach so it was more subdue than the resort/boutique hotels. Perfect for two people and the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our time here and the weather was PERFECT! April17-23 2025

I thought if your renting a place out that you should have nice looking appliances for people to use, stove had grease all over it, and also the oven toaster had I’m not sure all over it, these appliances should be inviting to use, not questionable…so we didn’t use anything not even the coffee maker, center blind was not usable after we pulled it down the first time, someone rigged it up but we were not told about it..bed was comfortable and the view was great…

Overall the property met our needs. The room was clean on the surface but don’t look in the corners.The kitchen utensils could be better, but it’s fine if you don’t plan on doing any cooking. Not what I expected

The property is old. And the pictures online don’t show all the lil things that make u think, what did we get ourself into. The location of room on the ocean is what made it worth staying and not go look for another hotel. If you can look past the paint on windows/broken tiles/patches in ceiling and walls. If is ok. Would I stay again. Probably NOT!!. But iam also a GC and this was horrible to see the building this way.

Amazing location, great view, clear sound of the waves, no city noises. Many dining options at walking distance. Very convenient parking and condo location, seconds from the elevator. The building can use some renovations but that's not really this owner's fault. Nima was in close communication, clearly stated everything we needed to know in advance, followed up with tips to make our stay even better. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Ashford ave is the place to be in the evenings.

Overall very good place to book, very clean and secured VERY well.Plenty of attractions, stores and beaches close by and walking distance.The only downside with my booking was parking especially in this area where street parking is hard to find and keep but there was a garage around but for fees of course but overall recommend! Kind friendly staff.

Great view and location

The view from the balcony is amazing, like your over the water looking down due to being up so high. If your not one for driving around on vacation this location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store a few blocks away as well. We were able to do tours in and around Old San Juan, with meeting locations within a 5 minute walk from our location. Some work being done to the building which was deceiving at first but not a hinderance. People were nice within the building, out at the pool as well as on the beach. Security is in place and staff working at the building we observed upholding certain rules and expectations to others. Could of used an extra blanket and towels. Overall we were pleased and had a great time. Hospitality wherever we went was very exceptional.

Fabulous Stay

I’d like to thank the host for being thoroughly detailed and precise dealing w/ entertainment & activities per itinerary. Everything was as advertised. Convenient location! Excellent communication, view, amenities per condo, hands down 5 star, staff friendly & attentive. It was EVERYTHING we hoped for and more! Great Location but...

The unit is located in a great location with a great view of the ocean, on the west side of Condado, and within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants. However, the room is small for a suite and not well-maintained. The unit furniture is old, stained, and generally not very clean. When I arrived there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and the towels had a tobacco smell. There are cracks in the walls in some places and the appliances are old. The coffee water heater didn't work. There was only one saucepan and a couple of frying pans. While it has a full kitchen, it's a very small space. There is another section with a microwave and a few other appliances oddly placed on the balcony, which is divided by a glass door. Several cables were hanging down the exterior of the building, possibly from scaffolding, that obstructed the view. The grounds themselves were unkept, While the larger pool was operational, a smaller pool was full of leaves and looked like it hadn't been used for some time. I was by myself on this trip and it made do, but there are many choices of places to stay in the Condado area for $250/night, so when I return with my wife for a longer stay we'll make a different choice

The Perfect View

ATTENTION everyone if your reading this then you are looking at the most Amazing Vacation Stay in San Juan. Nima the host is Amazing he gave us the most beautiful View I can imagine not to mention it’s on the 21st Floor. The rugs Are amazing and antique. The Apartment was warming as if it was family. Everything you need is literally outside in the front. The security and people at the desk are very respectful. Please ladies and gentlemen don’t let this vacation stay get booked because you will regret it. Nima Your Are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
