“The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart.”

“honestly, we were pretty disappointed. Based on the photos, we expected a nice relaxing outdoor tub, but it was just a large, dirty space with no real function—definitely not a jacuzzi or soaking tub as advertised. The showering sucked. I wish they had a regular one inside the bathroom. The WiFi was trash and I used a lot of my own personal hotspot. We feel like we made the wrong choice, and I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y...

“This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”
