Amazing views of marina and ocean. Easy to navigate to property. Amazing restaurants and entertainment within 1- 10 mins drive. Vrbo hostess was very efficient with instructions and communication. As the island was out of power, upon our arrvial. The property laundry room and pool was very nice and useful during our stay. We also took advantage of the condos beach chairs and umbrella for our stay. I would recommend a walmart type of grocery order for a few essentials- detergent pods/paper goods/small cooler and quarters for laundry-

Dos Marinas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given detailed easy instructions for check in. The condo was clean and as it looked in the pictures with great view of the marina. We spent a long time relaxing watching boats and manatees from the balcony. The bed was comfortable with a mattress topper but could use a bigger blanket. The pool was huge and a nice benefit. The shower pressure and temp were wonderful after a day of hiking. The condo was convenient location for our plans - El Yunque , La Pared beach , Luquillo. We would stay there again.

The views of the ocean and surrounding area were a lovely contrast from our cloudy cold views at home. The ocean breezes and sound of the waves were a real treat. Loved the hammock, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had most utensils we wanted.

Great location, stunning views, underwhelming accommodations

I don't have a lot of characters so I will try to sum up succinctly with things I would like to know before booking:Pros - great location with good view in a well maintained complex and an amazing pool. Several good restaurants nearby and centrally located for exploring. Unit was clean. Beach towels and beach umbrella were provided. Easy check in and check out. A/C in bedroom worked well. Lots of hangers in the closet. Espresso machine was a nice touch. Windows in living area opened wide which was nice (winter weather is perfect for having the windows open)Cons - sparsely supplied in general, no end tables or coffee table and we ended up setting a lot of things on the floor, no towel racks or hooks and struggled to find places to hang used towels (or room to put anything in the bathroom for that matter), stovetop and microwave but no oven, there was a single 4" skillet (now there is an 8" skillet because we bought one and left it), no salt and pepper shakers, only a single thin blanket on the bed and bed was not comfortable, no cleaning supplies provided, stools for counter bar were not really something that can be used for sitting on but they do make decent side tables and that is what we used them for on the patio, in the bedroom and next to the couch. Bed is a double so a bit small. Overall, our stay was average. We were mildly frustrated with several things but nothing major that was a "deal breaker". There is room for improvement to increase customer experience.

Short getaway

The view was amazing the place was clean, no problems with the check in . Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only problem I had was the bed had sheets but no blankets. All the closet doors were locked, so no blankets. Everything else was perfect.

Amazing views

Great place to stay ! Owner send a detail video on how to get access to the property . Balcony outside of your bedroom was great ! A blackout curtain in the living area will be great for the little ones so they dont have to wake up at sunrise ! Keep in mind you need to let the bedroom door open in order to have air conditioner in the living area where the sofa bed is . A million dollar view in a very high floor !! Overall I recommended this property !!

Very nice apartment with breathtaking views of marinas and Fajardo bays, and nearby cays. From the 25th floor, we saw a manatee! Well organized, safe, superb pool, easy access.

Grease on fring pans both small loose handles no larger one. Everything was simply old. No oven ,etc

Took 18 minutes to get on the property. This property needs updated. Closet shelve buckling, under toilet lid very dirty. No shelf in the shower. No toilet paper rack , no bath soup or bodywash. Bare minimum don't expect to broil a steak. All the faucets splatter and the bathroom drains are slow.

Everything was amazing until I check out and a couple of hours later I get a message about an additional $85 fee. I logged in to see what it was about only to find that I am being penalized for “smoking”. The listing stated that smoking was fine but outside on the balcony and that where it took place. It was even an ashtray for the ashes and butts. Probably won’t use this host again but Fajardo was perfect. It’s about an hour from SJ (which was great for me), but honestly the excursions are not in SJ so this was the perfect location for that.
