The Space:

This cozy 1-bedroom loft in Ocean Park comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The open living space is filled with natural light and centers on a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker, plus a dining table for meals together. The private bathroom comes with hot water and a hairdryer. It's an easy 5-minute walk from here to Ocean Park's beach, with the neighborhood's restaurants and shops just as close.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the shared public areas within the apartment complex. Check-in is fully self-guided through a keypad door lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. The complex has secure, gated entry — please follow the arrival instructions in your guidebook for the correct gate and entrance, since not all of the property's gates are in active use. Free, secure on-site parking is included.

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 9 minutes (5.6 km) away, making arrivals and departures quick and easy. A rental car gives you the most flexibility to explore the island, but Ocean Park is also well connected by Uber, Lyft, and taxis for trips to Condado (about 10 minutes) or Old San Juan (about 18 minutes). Within the neighborhood, the beach, restaurants, and shops are all an easy walk from the loft.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Utility interruptions are common throughout Puerto Rico due to island-wide power grid issues beyond our control. This property does not have a backup generator. We recommend keeping personal devices charged whenever power is available and exercising caution during any outage.

- Water Supply: Water interruptions can occur across the island without notice due to municipal water rationing. This property does not have backup water tanks; however, we will provide bottled water for the duration of your stay, with the quantity based on length of stay and number of guests.

- Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for weather-related causes or general utility outages in Puerto Rico, as these are outside our control.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: In the event of a named storm, we're happy to help you reschedule your stay, subject to calendar availability.
