The Space:

A bright, thoughtfully designed studio for two, just minutes on foot from the sand in Condado.



The Studio

One open, light-filled space with a calm palette of white, ocean blue and golden accents. Large windows bring in the daylight, while room-darkening shades keep mornings lazy.



Sleeping

A comfortable double bed dressed in crisp white linens, with bedside lamps, split A/C and a portable fan. The open closet offers hangers and a luggage stand, so settling in for a week feels easy.



Kitchenette

Stocked for breakfast and light meals: fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice maker, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Start the day with the complimentary Puerto Rican coffee.



Work & Play

A fold-down desk with shelves and Wi-Fi turns the studio into a quiet office. Unwind with the smart TV and board games, or head to the shared game area on the building's first floor.

A clean, full bathroom with shower, hair dryer and the toiletries from your Starter Package.

The studio is on the ground floor, with keypad self check-in. A shared game area is located on the building's first floor.

Condado is San Juan's most walkable beach neighborhood: tree-lined streets, an Atlantic shoreline, boutique hotels and some of the island's best places to eat and drink, all within a few blocks. It's made for couples who want beach days and long dinners without needing a car.

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 15 minutes away by car. You won't need a car in Condado: the beach, restaurants and bars are all walkable.

- Uber and other rideshares are fast and reliable throughout San Juan.

- Licensed taxis are available at the airport and major hotels.

- A rental car is useful only for day trips (El Yunque, Luquillo); free street parking is available but can be limited.

- Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
