It's a quiet apartment. No loud noise after 10pm. No smoking ($500). No parties ($1000). I use this apartment for reading, meditating, and yoga, and it's a very peaceful space.


****IMPORTANT THINGS TO UNDERSTAND***:
* Unit has one queen bed and one pull-out sleeper couch
* Puerto Rico is subject to power/water outages.
* When power goes out, the unit is without power. We have a generator and water cistern on-site but it takes some time to turn it on

- We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance when traveling to Puerto Rico.
-In Puerto Rico, there are frequent, unpredictable power and water outages that might affect your stay. These outages can impact all utilities in the unit, such as internet, refrigeration, hot water, and common facilities.
-An initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap is provided for your arrival. If you need to restock anything, message me, but there is also a Pueblo supermarket nearby
