This apartment has been home to three generations of our family, and we’re excited to share its warmth and love for Puerto Rico with you.



Our fully furnished apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It’s equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 2 BEDROOMS

Two cozy bedrooms designed for comfort and rest.

– Bedroom 1: Full-size bed, pillows, linens, and A/C wall unit

– Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with pillows, linens, and A/C wall unit (beds can be arranged together on request)

– Closet with hangers and shelving

– Nightstand with reading lamp



BATHROOMS

The apartment includes two full bathrooms. Please note the second shower has cold water only.

– Showers, toilets, and mirrors

– Towels, blow dryer, and basic toiletries

We’ve included thoughtful extras to make your stay even more comfortable.

– Beach gear: 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and towels

– Full-size desk for remote work

LOCATION

Centrally located in Santurce/Condado, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and bars—perfect for exploring San Juan.



KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

– Accessibility: Apartment is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.

– Parking: No on-site parking, but free street parking is usually available nearby.

– Electricity: Puerto Rico’s power grid can be unstable. Outages are rare, but flashlights and a battery fan are provided. There is no generator.

– One exterior video doorbell camera is mounted at the front door; it records the entryway 24/7 for security/check-in verification only—no cameras inside or in private areas.
