The condo is in the Hillside Village complex, just 36 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport. This accommodation is in front of the renowned Wyndham Rio Mar hotel. Minutes from the Luquillo Kiosks, El Yunque, Hacienda Carabali, and beautiful beaches. NO PETS ALLOWED, please.



This beautiful apartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a full bathroom, walking closet, queen bed, TV and AC. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, TV and AC and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, TV and AC. The living room is very cozy, there is TV and AC. The dining room has capacity for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the building.



NOTE: TM VACATION RENTALS strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towel per guest. TMVR also provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities includes a soap dispenser in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls or more depending on the amount of nights guests are staying of toilet paper , 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.





The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service due to annual maintenance. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
