La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife.

Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options.

Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping.

El Yunque National Rainforest: El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system.

Inside the property gate, you will have access to two of the assigned parking spaces on the right. You will receive a unique code for the main gate, the lobby and the apartment.

Enter the apartment and you are greeted with floor to ceiling glass doors that open to your private rooftop and to a separate balcony. Blackout and sun filtering shades are an added bonus. The indoor space features a comfortable living area with dining table, flat-screen TV, A/C and sofa-bed.

The master queen bedroom is dressed with freshly laundered linens, fluffy pillows and high quality bedding. The room features a sliding door full-size closet and a dresser for your clothing storage needs. The dedicated bathroom is attached to the bedroom and stocked with toiletries and towels.

The bedroom also has glass doors that give you access to the rooftop.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts an industrial feel and features full-sized washer and dryer.

The property is located in a highly walkable area.
Uber is widely available in San Juan.
Car rental is necessary if leaving the city.
You will have gated parking for two vehicles inside the property.
