Denna lyxiga lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av Isla Verde-området, framför San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. Lägenheten är mycket stor med 700 kvadratmeter utrymme och har full A / C. Har ett fullt utrustat kök, ett stort sovrum med en drottningssäng och Smart TV-enhet med tillgång till Nexflix, Hulu och kabel-tv med höghastighets WiFi .. Den har också ett komplett badrum, matsal och ett levande område, med otrolig balkong med en fantastisk havsutsikt. Lägenheten erbjuder även underjordisk parkering, en trevlig pool och tennisbana. Det finns restauranger, 5-stjärniga hotell, kasinon, apotek, shopping alla och gångavstånd till stranden tillträde inom ett område från 1 till 4 miles. Det finns kollektivtrafik som bussar, taxibilar, eller så kan du till och med gå till många av dessa platser. Dela stranden med El San Juan Hotel och Casino bredvid och besöka nattplatserna som lokalbefolkningen kommer att dansa salsa och merengue ett kvarter bort, eller bara ta våra strandstolar ut under palmträdet och se att världen går förbi.

Complete and Cozy Stay

This is an adorable apartment on the 22th floor of a complex across from El San Juan Hotel. Beach access is a mere crossing of the street through the walkway. Views of the water are lovely from the balcony. The apartment is completely stocked with all that you might need for a vacation with extra bottles of sunscreen! It is well maintained and clean, not one problem during the whole of our stay.

Our stay was amazing! Only ranking 4 stars as getting into the building / garage for the first time was a little confusing since the keys and transponder were inside the apartment. Also there isn’t an oven but we didn’t need one. Loved the location, cleanliness, and everything else!

Beautiful Unit

Worth every penny. Beautiful condo with 24/7 security. Extremely close to everything you may need. Supermarcado, beaches, airport, local towns and so much more. Very accommodating. Along with parking should you rent a vehicle. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Also has great views! Will definitely book again.

Accurate description but extremely noisy

The unit was accurately described and pictured -how for reasons of location, construction, and acoustics noise levels were extreme from 10 pm to 6am, loud,apparently drunk groups from the Fairmont hotel across the street into the early am coupled with loud road noise ( music blaring and exaggerated engine noise ) that radiate up to unit make a night’s sleep impossible.

Great place with accurate description of unit.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.

Great place!

This nice apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures: very clean, remodeled, nicely furnished and decorated, and has everything one needs. View from balcony is stunning! The building is also clean and well kept and the location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and nice restaurants and across from Fairmont San Juan Hotel, where we enjoyed great live music and a couple of wonderful events the hotel offers and that are open to the public. Our host Carlos was super nice and very responsive and quick to answer any questions about the property.. We loved the fact that we had private, secured parking on property without having to pay extra. Building is gated and has security 24/7. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we would stay there again!

Great location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants- Metropol was our favorite- great Puerto Rican/Cuban dishes/drinks. Building was gated but easy in/out with remote. Private parking was nice also. Carlos checked up on us and the condo was clean and comfortable. Condo pool is huge with nice shaded area to eat outside. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time in PR. Old San Juan, rain forest, many beaches visited. Rent a car and see the island.

Home away from home

This was a last minute find and one that I have already shared with other family members. Carlos (property owner) is very easy to contact and amicable. The place is spotless and equipped with almost everything that you need. Also you get an underground parking spot. It's like home away from home. And if you want to have the hotel experience, El San Juan Hotel is right across the street. On top of all this, you will be paying just a fraction of what hotels are charging in the area. You can't go wrong.

Muy Excellente Stay

Out of all our travels to various countries and states, this was by far one of the best stays. To start, Carlos was a great host. Check in was extremely smooth. The unit, as my wife described, was immaculately clean with modern contemporary and comfortable furnishings - like a home away from home. The area was within walking distance to both restaurants and Isla Verde beach. They area was well policed and safe. We will definitely consider booking this unit again should we return to Puerto Rico. Muy Bueno!

We enjoyed out stay and the condo is located near great restaurants and walking distance to the beach and supermarket. Apartment is spotless upon arrival and Carlos was in contact when needed and provided much appreciated support following the earthquake.
