This small studio has all the basics you need for a very good stay. And it's location puts you in friendly neighborhood where there are plenty of vacational apartments and best of all: walking distance to the beach and to "La Calle LOIZA", which is a street strip that starts at the corner of our street with a bunch of different restaurants, bars, stores, Walgreens 24 hrs., banks, gas stations, medical cannabis dispensary for persons with license, doctor's offices and at a 5 minute ride a hospital at Ashford Ave at Condado. Our location is the perfect one where you will find "the mix of locals and tourists" and not just a touristic area without the soul of the locals, such as Condado and Isla Verde. At Ocean Park (which is between Condado and Isla Verde) you can have a different experience because it has soul!!! People love the neighborhood!

I had such a great stay here. The studio was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a solo trip. The location is honestly everything — you’re within walking distance to shops, food spots, and the beach, which made it super easy to just get up and go without overplanning.There are plenty of shops and places to grab coffee or a quick bite nearby. Los Pinos (open 24 hours) and Aquí Se Come Bueno are right around the corner — Los Pinos' food is excellent. I also found myself at Aquí Se Come Bueno enjoying a couple drinks and just soaking in the atmosphere — very chill spot, family owned and operated, with great empanadas.The area has a great mix of chill daytime energy and options to step out in the evening. The host was incredibly sweet, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.I would absolutely stay here again — it was the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and good energy.

Close to the beach

Less than two minute walk to the beach. Several small restaurants within walking distance as well. Location was not as quiet at night as I’d hoped and there was construction/remodeling taking place in the upstairs unit (the owner’s?) for three of the five days during my stay. Studio unit was very clean with upgraded bathroom; as advertised. Neighborhood wasn’t upscale but I felt safe walking alone, though wasn’t out later than 9pm.

Soul!!!!

First time ever to Puerto Rico and Anita was an absolute dream of a host!!! The property is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet but close to all the fun and beaches!! No a single complaint at all!! SuperMax is down the road if you rent a vehicle and the studio has everything you need to save some cash and cook there! Ask the locals for recipes they are always willing to share their family stories and food! FOODIES DREAM VACATION!

We had the best time! Ani is a pleasure to stay with! Our room was perfect for us. The outdoor space is very pleasing you can hear the church bells ring. Restaurants and beach within walking distance! We had the best time! Made wonderful memories!

Cozy, little studio

My husband and I stayed in this placed for three nights during out first trip to PR and San Juan. Ani, our host was very communicative and gave us many good tips. The apartment is small but has everything you need if you are like us, happy to have comfy bed and a shower after long day of sightseeing. It is also conveniently located next to Calla Loiza, with many places to eat and drink. G5 bus stop is right next to it; it will take you to Old San Juan. Buses are free so don't spend on uber, treat yourself to mojito :)

Room was the perfect size for just me and my husband. It was clean, haven't seen not one bug. Small kitchenette, bathroom with window, bed, tv, and closet. Area is pretty quiet, and lots of stores and restaurants closeby..Ani was great, personable and gave us some of her food. She was really cool.

Nice little gem

The location was perfect for us. Ani, our hostess was very friendly and communicated with us well. She provided a lot of information to facilitate anyone’s stay. A couple of suggestions would be to update the coffee maker, at least, as well as some of the other cooking equipment. Also, the unit is listed as a 1bed 1 bath and it’s really a fairly small studio. It suit our needs well, but it may be problematic for others. Seating was also awkward with only a small stool and a barstool around a tiny high top table. Storage and a place to do makeup was a challenge as the bathroom was equally small.
