Each loft is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring spacious layouts, contemporary furnishings, air conditioning, and smart amenities. Whether you`re visiting for work or leisure, The Lofts at Santurce offer a stylish, centrally located retreat in one of Puerto Rico’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

The apartment is situated on a lively city street, with a bus stop on the same block for easy public transportation access.

We’re available via phone, text, or email throughout your stay. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

Please note that there is ongoing construction in the building. We’ve coordinated with the HOA and construction crew to ensure minimal disruption. Work is limited to 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with noisy projects starting after 10 AM. The crew typically finishes by 3 PM, but they may work until 5 PM if needed.

As we are located on a tropical island, power outages can occasionally occur. While we do everything we can to ensure a comfortable stay, we are not responsible for area-wide outages that are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
