Fully furnished with a queen bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi and TV.

Ideal for 2 guests, but queen inflatable mattress available for up to 2 additional people.

Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy.

Large, open studio located in the Punta Las Marias neighborhood of San Juan.

A queen air mattress is also available upon request for additional guests (maximum total occupancy: 4).

Guests have full private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay.

Self check-in and self check-out are provided.
Access is via a lockbox/smart lock — code and instructions will be sent before arrival.

This is a self check-in / self check-out property and guests have full privacy.
That said, we’re available 24/7 by phone or message if anything comes up or you need assistance during your stay.

Punta Las Marias is a safe, walkable residential neighborhood located between Condado/Ocean Park and Isla Verde, two of San Juan’s most popular coastal areas. It’s known for its relaxed local vibe, easy access to the beach, and proximity to great restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and pharmacies.

You’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from:
- Barbacoa Restaurant and CUT Butcher Shop (both on Bucare St)
- Ocean Park Beach
- Local coffee shops and convenience stores
- Walgreens, Pitusa and other neighborhood grocery options

The area is very centrally located —
8–10 min drive to Condado
5–7 min drive to Isla Verde
12–15 min drive to Old San Juan

This is a well-known and safe area that’s popular with locals and long-term residents, not a tourist “party zone.” It’s quiet at night and very easy to walk around during the day.

You can walk to the nearby beach, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores — most of the daily essentials are within 5–10 minutes on foot.

Uber works very well in this part of San Juan and is usually the easiest and most affordable way to get around if you don’t have a rental car.

If you do rent a car, street parking is available nearby (public and first-come/first-served).
Distances by car:
- Condado in ~8 minutes
- Isla Verde in ~5–7 minutes
- Old San Juan in ~12–15 minutes
- SJU Airport in under 10 minutes

There is also a local bus route along Loíza Street (a short walk away), although most guests prefer Uber or rental car for convenience.

- Free street parking is available, but it is public and first-come/first-served. We have no control over it. Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility.

- The property is located in Punta Las Marias, a local residential pocket situated between Condado/Ocean Park and Isla Verde. It’s behind Barbacoa Restaurant and CUT Butcher Shop on Bucare Street, and walking distance to beaches, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores.

- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment.

- No pets are allowed.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building.

- A queen air mattress is available, but using it will take up floor space and reduce maneuverability.

- This is a safe and well-known residential neighborhood in San Juan.

- Please be mindful of the water heater — it works well, but like most systems on the island it may take a couple minutes to fully heat up.

- Puerto Rico is an island and occasional power or water interruptions may occur (usually short and restored quickly). This is normal for the region and out of our control.
