We recently rented for a second time on this resort. Our first visit was cut short in March of 2020 when everything shut down due to Covid, so we were really excited to go back.
Upon arrival we got a call from the property manager stating that there was an issue with the golf cart and it was inoperable. She assured us it would be fixed the next day, Monday. Of course, no golf cart come Monday or Tuesday and when it was finally delivered, it didn’t work. So we went our full stay with no golf cart. We were promised a refund, but never got one. They just ghosted us when we repeatedly called and emailed to follow up.
I understand that things happen, but the lack of responsiveness from the property management was terrible and we will never book one of their condos again.
The condo itself is fine although there were dust bunnies in all of the corners and it didn’t feel particularly clean.
With all the choices at this resort, I’d recommend selecting a different villa and making sure it’s not managed by this property management company. (Apparently I’m not allowed to write their business name for some reason?!)
