Little Gem in PR!
This was in a great location that didn’t have a touristy feel. It is just a few blocks to the Atlantic Ocean and access to the boardwalk/promenade into Old Town. The grocery store around the corner was handy. El Charro, a block or 2 down the street was a good spot for margaritas and dinner. Uber from Old Town was easy and about $7. Apartment was adequately appointed. WiFi was a little slow. Rooftop terrace was amazing! We enjoyed coffee and sunrise out there every morning. Rosemarie was very responsive when we reached out for information.

Cute place
The appearance of the apartment was very quaint. The patio was roomy and decorated very comfy. There was no air conditioning in the entire apartment, only in the bedrooms, which was not stated in the description. I shortened my stay because of it but the host was very accommodating and understanding.

Amazing Terrace!
We had so much fun here! Spent most of our time on the terrace, which is spacious and just beautiful. But when it rained we were nice and cozy inside as well. Rosemarie is so gracious and helpful, and very responsive. Many walkable eateries are nearby, we Ubered everywhere else. This is a fantastic landing spot in a convenient location. Will stay here again for sure!

We loved this property, and especially our host!
The space is amazing. Can’t say enough about the rooftop patio. There were a lot of beautiful touches inside as well. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the bathroom towels haha. Kitchen was well stocked and the living space was comfortable. If you’ve never been to old San Juan, this is not in the touristic cute downtown area. This is in the “up and coming” neighborhood of Puerta de Tierra. That said, we actually loved the restaurants down the street and being close to the beach more than we would have liked being in the tourist area. We will definitely stay here again.

Short stay near San Juan
We stayed in mid September and I didn’t realize the property didn’t have an elevator. So I really got my exercise walking up floor flights of stairs. My bad, I didn’t read the details properly. The property is located in a neighborhood that is undergoing a gentrification. For the purpose of being close to old San Juan and San Juan nightlife this made sense. Thanks for the hospitality!

Thanks for your review! Indeed, the neighborhood is going through a lot of changes. The Building next door was just bought for short term rental; so a lot is happening on our block. Our site is very specific as to the neighborhood in transition yet very accesible to Old San Juan.

Private Roof top
I came to PR for my birthday. Rosemarie the owner of the apartment was amazing from start to finish. She was so kind to have gifted me a bottle of champagne and cookies for my birthday. The apartment was clean and had many useful items for example bug spray, beach towels, lotion and more. We enjoyed the private roof top. There was plenty of seating. I had an issue opening the lock box. She immediately sent help. She answered right away when and if I had a question. Suggested establishments to eat at. She also suggested using Uber to get around. The prices were very reasonable. I would stay here again and suggest to others.

Wow!
The owner is extremely nice and helpful with recommendations. The property is perfectly located where all of old San Juan is a short walk away. There is a bar nearby but if you have earplugs its ok and its only loud on Friday and Saturday. Loved my stay here, definitely will be staying here when I visit next!

This place is a gem!
If you want to be near Old San Juan and have a private rooftop, you won’t find anything better than this. Host is extremely kind and accommodating and if I’m ever back in San Juan this is where I’ll be staying.

Amazing rooftop
Beautiful rooftop with porch swing, grill, chairs, ext. Host had a bottle of wine in the fridge to enjoy when we arrived. If you want to be among the local people and enjoy a clean apartment with a great rooftop it will be hard to top this. And beach chairs and cooler are in the closet. Very nice here.

Great rooftop apartment
This is a unique cozy apartment with a great private, rooftop space. The rooftop really makes the place special. Centrally located, a few minutes from everything. Charming and walkable neighborhood.

A lovely and unique spot to stay in San Juan. Just outside of the tourist areas. The apt is clean and the host has thought of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

The VERY BEST Vrbo stay we've ever experienced!
If every Vrbo host were like Rosemarie, there would be no more traditional hotels anywhere. A Little Gem
Our host made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The property had everything we needed for a day at the beach or a barbecue on the roof top patio. The beach was just short walk away and scooters were nearby to ride into Old San Juan. Overall, the property was comfortable and had nice touches for a pleasant stay. Our host was available and responded quickly to questions. She even let us stay later when our flight was delayed which was greatly appreciated.

Amazing first experience
I wanted to take a trip that was as close to getting out of the country as possible. So I chose Puerto Rico and was not disappointed. Rosemarie was an amazing host and very informative on the area and things to do. Definitely be going back to Puerto Rico soon

This is a great, little apartment with wonderful views from the amazing rooftop. The stairs to get there are no joke, but totally worth it. Rosemarie is an amazing hostess who was very flexible and accommodating. She is very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay with beautiful views
We had a lovely weekend and the apartment has beautiful views and is a short walk to a beautiful beach and Cheap Ubers to old San Juan. Great proximity to everything. Best hospitality!
Our family of four stayed three nights at the rooftop apartment at the end of our Caribbean cruise. Rosemarie was the most fabulous host, and was very flexible about our check in time which made our holiday so much more relaxing. She was very responsive in communicating with us when we had questions and helped us to know what to do while in the area. The small grocery store across the street had everything we needed and we had dinnner at Alberto’s one night also. The beach was beautiful and only a seven minute walk. Our walk to Old San Juan was 20 minutes. Our Uber to the airport at the end of the stay was $13. Best of all was the total privacy we had on the rooftop, relaxing under umbrellas for shade. We were lucky enough to watch the fireworks from there New Year’s Eve as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Rosemarie again!! Thank you so much!

VERY NICE ROOFTOP
We have been very happy when discovering the rooftop! It is really a nice place to spend a few days. The town is ok, the appartment is fine and the size of the rooftop is VERY nice! The barbecue was a super surprise!
