“We loved our stay ay this Villa. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the proximity to San Juan and the amenities of the villas. Communication for everything was excellent. Our blinds fell on the floor and by the time we got back from our outing it was taken care of. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the property. The beach was quiet and very private. Definitely would love to come back. ”

“This is an excellent vacation home just across the street from the beach. Well maintained and stocked and very comfortable. We cooked, brought in take out, barbecued on the rooftop, and drove a mile or so to Las Croabas, lined with various restaurants. Walkable but we drove and were lucky enough to always find a parking spot.The owner provides beach towels, easy to carry beach chairs, and a cooler and likely more, but that was suitable for us. “The villa was beautiful and well equipped with all of our needs. There are four beach chairs, beach towels and even a little cooler available to use. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the nearby beach was nice for lounging. The villa is located in a perfect location; just a short drive to many attractions. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others!”

“We stayed in the house for 13 nights. It was perfect for us, we were 5 adults and 2 children. The location is very good, walking distance to both restaurants, bars, a small supermarket (pharmacy) but maybe most important walking distance to both Ocean Park beach and Isla Verde. We had a car and it was easy to get from the airport to the house and it is a large parking space. The house is fully equipped when it comes to kitchen-ware and laundry possibilities. Dorota and Edgardo are both very nice...

“Jorge was not only VERY attentive and helpful he has a GREAT home very clean and welcoming. Really comfortable for my family size of 6. I asked Jorge suggestions and he answered promptly and he left refreshing and water which came in handy right after that long flight. I definitely would stay here again.”

“This property was better than we could have imagined! A group of 10 of us stayed here over the weekend and it had everything we wanted. The views were spectacular, amenities were perfect. Better than a resort! JB was super helpful all weekend and made check in/check out a breeze. Such a nice guy. We highly recommend staying at any of the PR rental properties, but especially this one!
