When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. “Nice place, very close to everything you want to see in Siena. Very helpful personell that had contact with me via mail in which I was given the codes to get in that made it possible with early check in. A nice breakfast with a good selection was served. In my room no 1 I could here everyone that was coming and leaving the B& B and that was quite disturbing. Otherwise I had a lovely stay in this B&B.”

“Great central location, just 5 mins from Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Groceries nearby. Finding the free parking was tricky and access v tight, but worked well and seemed safe. We didn't dare drive into ZTL (though it would have been free access) so a 15 min walk up steep cobbled streets with roller bag). We overcame and had a great time.
