“We are group of 35 women who have gathered for the past 23 years to eat, drink, craft and enjoy each other. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out, visit, puzzle, play games, sit in the sun and all eat together in the dining room. The rooms were plenty large to sleep 4-6 people in each one. The location was perfect…walking distance to the cute town and plenty wineries to drive to as well! And the beach was about a 5 minute drive. We will be back...

“This property is amazing. It’s very quiet and peaceful but still only a mile from downtown Atascadero. The beds are wonderful and the kitchen is beautiful and have nice updates appliances. The outdoor space is definitely the best part of this property. Everything was easy to access and the hot tub with speakers was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I will be staying here again!”

“Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies.”
