Villa Edelweiss is located in the Marche very close to the village of San Marcello with breathtaking views over the beautiful rolling hills to the sea in the distance. The former farmhouse has recently been completely renovated and transformed into an elegant holiday home that fits harmoniously into the environment. Terracotta-colored stone floors, wood-beamed ceilings, white walls and natural stone walls combined with a noble country house interior emphasize the elegant and rustic ambiance of the villa. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and, in addition to an internal courtyard sheltered from the wind, has various terraces furnished with a dining table, lounge furniture, a bistro table and sun loungers.The house extends over 2 floors. The ground floor impresses with its open plan with living area with sofas and fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable benches and rustic kitchen dining table. A staircase leads upstairs into a large anteroom, equipped as a TV lounge and work area with flat screen TV, sofas and desk. The two spacious double bedrooms and the children's room can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
