“Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

“Ein großartiges Ferienhaus! Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für zweieinhalb Wochen dort und es war wirklich super und sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Ausstattung mehr als wertig. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage ist man absolut ungestört. Ausflüge kann man in der Gegend eine Menge machen, da sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Wir waren oft am Meer, oder in den Bergen rund um den Monte Catria. “Casal Ferriano is een oude boerderij. Alle basis voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Als je van basic houdt dan is het zeker een aanrader. Eigenaar Guiseppe is erg gastvrij en verteld graag over de historie van de boerderij. Fijn zou wel zijn geweest als er wat comfortabeler tuinmeubelair aanwezig zou zijn.”
