“We arrived after hours, but Marco provided us with excellent instructions with photos on how to enter the building and arrive at our room. One thing to note, there's no elevator (lift) on the property and the rooms are up three flights of stairs. Take your time on the stairs, especially with luggage. The room was great! Cleaned daily with fresh towels and the staff was polite and professional. Everything is within walking distance. Incredible sites, restaurants, shopping and the train...

“A lovely room and a great location! The hotel helped us with parking for the car but drivning in Firenze is nothing I recommend. The bathroom had double showers and sinks, that was great. A bit hard to understand where the hotel was located, both because there is a hotel nearby with the same name and then because the hotel is in a building but only on some floors! ”
