▪️ This home features a covered patio with outdoor dining, a hammock, and a personal safe for your convenience.
▪️ A personal safe is available inside the home for storing valuables during your stay.
▪️ We use ChargeAutomation to securely process guest verification, rental agreements, and security deposit authorization after your reservation is confirmed.
▪️ The security deposit is authorized before arrival and released after check-out provided no damages, missing items, or policy violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ Located in a secure gated community near San Miguel Cathedral, Chaparrastique Volcano, El Cuco Beach, shopping, and local restaurants.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply. All staying and visiting guests must be reported to the host before arriving so condominium security can be notified.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking within the property's premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Public spaces in the neighborhood cannot be used for gatherings of more than 6 people. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if there is a party.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay ; avoid eating on sofas and beds. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Additional cleaning charges may apply for smoking, excessive odors, stains, or bodily fluids. Do not stand or sit on furniture that is not intended for it. Help conserve water and electricity throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
