“Great staff. Helped me get room service even though I was having a hard time with my Spanish. Concert happened, but only went to 11pm so I got a good sleep before having to go to the airport. ”

“The entire place is clean and well kept. Very quiet and the bed was a dream! I slept so well! There was no climate control and the room was hot during the day, which I just opened the windows. At night early morning it got quite cold, so I closed all the windows and I was very comfortable. The restaurant was on the 2nd floor and very nice ambiance. I especially enjoyed the iconic transparent elevator! A very nice touch! I stayed on the 6th floor and truly enjoyed my stay! Very affordable.”
