“Positives: The room was very clean when we got there. The host was very kind to us and also very helpful. The room is very well located, just a few minutes away from the central area. Negatives : The AC was not strong enough for our liking. The host provided us with a fan which helped a lot. There was only 1 key to the room and we were 2 people. It was sometimes a little bit of a challenge to synchronize everything.”

“The actual hotel was 5 stars. Wonderful and great location. But the communication was really poor - 2 stars. When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving.”
