âMe and my husband stayed here for one night. Everything went smoothly without any real interaction with any staff. I got an email 2 days before we arrived and in it were the code to the front door and a map to the hotel. Easy to find (even in google maps). We came in and on the desk were a note with our name and the key to the room. The room (nr 3) was excellent due to the price. Clean and with everything you need. Also good location in the town. On the downside is the slightly bad AC and...

âThe hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. â
