“We wanted a relaxing holiday, somewhere peaceful, and this villa ticked all the boxes. Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.”

“This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Bianca who made sure everything was right, and served a meal, we had planned ahead, that was delicious. Food kept coming, and our quests were in awe. “Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. “We had a great week staying at Villa Nuba. Lovely pool area, perfect for families. Giuseppe, the owner, was very helpful and gave us a good introduction to surrounding area, restaurant recommendations etc. Good location close to central Perugia which offers many great restaurants, but be prepared for some steep uphill walks!”

“Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area.
