This El BateyDominicus condo complex is located on avenida El Molino #302, Dominicus 23000, Dominican Republic. It is located in a very beautiful in a secure village, very quiet and very clean, with all services (grocery store, clinic, restaurant, pharmacy, bank and others…). This apartment, very well enlightened with cathedral ceilings, is composed of 2 bedrooms ( can accomodate 4 adults persons maximum..) , fully equipped indoor bathroom and outdoor shower & toilet, open kitchen and large living room, a Caoba wooden mezzanine (it is also possible for the kids to sleep there are 2 futons…) ) overlooking the terrace. It is 5 min. from the typical and very pretty village of Bayahibe, a popular site for boat trips and scuba diving (several diving clubs where you can get a license).
The rent is for 7 days minimum ...There will be a cleaning charge fee of U$40 at the end of your stay.
