“The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. Party behind house went until midnight. House was surface clean, but dirty under beds and couches. I texted pics of damage we noticed after check-in. ”

“We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!”

“The unit was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was totally set up for cooking. There is one bed and a pull out sofa bed, so really only adequate for 2 individuals or 2 couples. It is very quiet and the outdoor space is nice. We enjoyed the many restaurants nearby and the Golden Gate Park. ”

“What a great property! We were attending a concert at Golden Gate Park and wanted to be close. It was so easy to walk to/from the show which was so nice because we didn't have to worry about transportation after a large event. The house is very unique- lots of furniture, lots of decor- much more stocked than the average VRBO. It was like staying in someone's home rather than a simple VRBO. There is a Starbuck's on the corner, a nice deli/market, and several restaurants within walking...
