About the home
"Penthouse Bridgeview San Remo" sits above San Remo's fabulous cafes, restaurants & bars. This exceptional penthouse delivers postcard views and an idyllic beach side lifestyle. Great dining is available just a few steps away at restaurants such as Mario’s Italian, Kelp, and Spicy Duck, fish n chips at the Fishing Coop and terrific pub meal choices. Not to forget the boutique shops and the local full-sized IGA.
Picture this… Having parked your car/s in the secure underground carpark and taken the lift to your top floor apartment, your only decision is whether to have your first relaxing drink on the front balcony, overlooking the “Bridge” and Westernport Bay, or on the generous back balcony, that provides a view of the sea and sandy hills of Cape Woolamai, where the sun will set.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The large open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining room (with 70" smart TV & 9 speaker Samsung sound bar and woofer) is a lovely area, stepping out to the wrap-around balcony. Bedroom 1 has a 34" smart TV, walk through robe and ensuite (with shower & toilet). Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with built in robes) share the main bathroom (with shower & toilet) and there is a European laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer).
Outdoor Areas
The enormous semi-covered wrap-around balcony along the entire side and rear of the Penthouse has a great outdoor setting and BBQ, and provides delighful views of San Remo beach, the bridge to Phillip Island, and the hills of Cape Woolamai. The home has two (tandem) dedicated under-building secure carparks.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, 900mm Blanco electric oven and 900mm electric cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The Penthouse has ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms plus the living room and each is able to be controlled independently.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 3 beds plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
There is also a Queen sized sofa bed in the living room, suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
