"Rent men jätteslitet, ingen hiss, ac var bra, snäll personal, 10/10 läge. Välj detta hotell om du är ok med 2* och kommer inte spendera tid på hotellet. Jätteskön säng men tvn funkade inte ens. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. "

"Very nice place near the Pisa Tower. Beautiful view from room window. A bit scary lift that takes a very long time to travel between two floors. As there is no indicator if the lift is moving you can get nervous if it is stuck! Happened to me! Very quiet when it moves too. So take your time with that. No lobby, no breakfast area."

"Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. "

"Clean, new apartment within okay walking distance to Pisa. However very shady experience as we believe someone was scouting the apartment one early morning. Got woken up and heard lots of noises inside then someone opening the door. You get an unique code for your stay to access the building and apartment, but if you can just turn a breaker to disable the lock completely (which we believe is what happened) then it's not really safe. Even more as there is no way to physically lock the door. There is also a security guard at the reception but most of the time he is not there or asleep. He doesn't speak a word in English or Italian, was supposed to check our passports to match the names to the room but he kept calling us a completely wrong name which feels mission impossible as our names are on the passports he is reading from... It's sad as the place has much potential but if we cannot feel safe in our rooms I would never recommend anyone else to stay there."
