AMAZING STRANDHUS PÅ EN KLIDA, spektakulär havsutsikt och privat tillgång till stranden

  • Vackert hus som ligger på toppen av en klippa med spektakulär havsutsikt över Stilla havet. Det ligger 45 minuter från San Salvador huvudstad och 45 minuter från den internationella flygplatsen.

    Huset är en Ibizan-stilarkitektur med flera nivåer av terrasser och omgivningar där du kan koppla av och njuta av den magnifika utsikten. Poolen är belägen i en nivå med en stor trädgård med palmtak där du kan uppskatta de vackra solnedgångarna och höra vågorna krascha på klipporna nedanför.

    Det är ett fem sovrum och 3. 5 badrum strandhus. Vissa av rummen har sitt privata vardagsrum där du kan uppskatta havsutsikten och ha en lugn och avkopplande stund.

    Playa Sunzal ligger 5 minuter från Playa El Tunco, en av de mest populära surfarstränderna i El Salvador med gott om barer av kusttyp och diskotek med levande musik. Playa Sunzal är också känt av sina läckra restauranger med havsmat och en av de mest populära är LA HOLA BETOS, som ligger på gångavstånd från vår fastighet.

Our VRBO was in a great location with amazing views and all the comforts we could have asked for. The caretakers, Maria and Carlos, could not have been better. We stayed for a week, and the time flew by! The property was close to surfing beaches and many other places to visit. We spent hot afternoons relaxing in the pool while enjoying the ocean views and loved having so many different levels and areas around the property to unwind.The caretakers made sure everything was always clean and comfortable. They even helped us miss our own dogs a little less by letting us spend time with and play with their adorable dog, Chloe. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Beautiful property right on the beach, nice views, cleans house, loved waking up to the sound of the waves and best of all very attentive people in the property. Maria and her family were awesome, we had her cook for us and she is awesome her food is delicious would go back just to have her cook for us again!

Paradise with a view - perfect for our large group

16 ppl from 5 families stayed one week at this beautiful property. The house had many areas for lounging, eating and relaxing so we never felt like we were falling over each other. The location is just a short uber ride away from some great surf spots and night life if you want it

Amazing Beach House

spectacular views

beautiful house, accommodates a big family and friends, the caretakers are very respectful and helpful. we enjoyed the private beach and the views. the fact that is next door to Beto's restaurant is fantastic if you don't feel like cooking. overall it was an excellent choice. we all enjoyed it.

Home had amazing views and was comfortable. Carlos and Maria were very nice and helpful with any request. I think the home can do with more upgrade and maintenance of kitchen area. Overall a good stay.

Our stay at the beach house on the cliff was absolute perfection. It was absolutely as advertised. The house has a wonderful layout and very accommodating for a large group. The entire property was spotless. We were impressed by the keepers Maria and Carlos from the minute they greeted us at arrival to our departure. The house, property and views are breathtaking. We will be back every chance we get.

Relaxation

We stayed at this home in July we were a party of 13 and we loved this home it is very beautiful very clean I felt very safe Maria and her husband take care of the property and opened the gate for us every time we went out they are very nice and very friendly the house is right next to betos restaurant and that restaurant is amazing!!! Maria recommended a pupusa place down the street it was so delicious we would definitely come back here again

This house is truly AMAZING!! So beautiful!! No exaggeration when they say AMAZING VIEWS!! Everything was on point. This place does not disappoint. I cannot say enough. Beds were comfy, place was immaculate.The property managers , Maria and her husband were great! Always ready to answer any questions and super nice! If I could give this place a perfect 10, I definitely would. I will absolutely be back!!

All discriminations in other reviews are very accurate as to how beautiful this place is. Carlos and Maria (the caretakers) are beyond phenomenal! Only criticism I have that I did not see in other reviews, the place definitely needs to take a break from customers and catch up on some much needed maintenance. The roof over the master bedroom literally lifts up then slams down during a strong storm (a bit alarming at 4am). The switch box in the hammock area will light you up if your hands are wet. Pool tiles are becoming less and less (missing tile sections are sharp). It would have been nice to have an umbrella on the round table.

Amazing El Tunco Home

Outstanding home with great views and amazing location. Walkable to Beto’s seafood, Puerto Vikingo and Cadejo Brewing and only a 5 min drive to El Tunco for nightlife. Less than 30 minutes from Tamanique waterfalls. Huge compound with ridiculous views, private beach access. Carlos and Maria were gracious hosts and were very welcoming. They made our stay that much more authentic and fun. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic home

What an oasis!! The views start from the moment that you walk through the front door. We had some a wonderful time. Right down the street from Sunzal and El Tunco. Carlos and Maria were always available for any of our needs. Their family even joined us for a non traditional Thanksgiving meal that we all created together. This was the perfect relaxing week that our family needed.

Travel Buddies celebrating a birthday

This was one of the most amazing homes I have ever stayed!!! Caretaker Maira was a complete doll and even brought me a birthday cake and the owner a small gift! Wow! Such a beautiful house with so much charm all around, my favorite was the set up 3 massages on the deck at 8pm and it was outstanding to hear that ocean while getting a massage!!!!!

Marvelous Home w Oceanfront Views and Spectacular Service

This home not only met our family’s needs but exceeded them in every way. The oceanfront views were breathtaking, and the house layout was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 2 children—it accommodated everyone comfortably. From pre-booking through checkout, the host was responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. The property is just minutes from El Tunco, which was a huge plus. Maria and Carlos (the onsite contacts) were phenomenal. Maria prepared breakfast and dinner for us on several days, and everything she made was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend booking this home and can’t wait to return in the future!

Incredible Vacation Spot

I've traveled quite a few places but this has to be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. Spent a week here with the whole family and had a great time. The caretakers, Carlos and Maria, were incredibly helpful. They provided us water, cleaned each morning, and were completely accommodating to our comings and goings. Carlos and I even caught fish in the surf from the house. There are good restaurants within walking distance and it's not far from La Libertad or even day trips up to San Salvador. The best part was watching the sun set over the ocean each evening.
