NYTT REMODELLERAD OCEAN FRONT FARALLON STRANDHUS !!!

Välkommen till El Salvador och Happy Farallon Beach house! Vår fastighet är familjevänligt med gräs som omfattas kötta trädgårdar, kokospalmer, hängmatta terrass, trevlig medelstora swimmingpool, grillplats, öppna ytor, fullt utrustat kök och gott om parkeringsplatser för familj och vänner. Gården har totalt 5 sovrum och 4 badrum. Alla med luftkonditionering och takfläktar. Det finns 4 TV-apparater och olika spel som finns. Fastigheten har panoramautsikt över havet och privat tillgång till stranden. Det har också privat säkerhet, en vakt-hus och en inhemsk serviceområde och rum.
Vårt hus vid stranden kan skryta med awesome solnedgångar och det är ny på hyresmarknaden, minst 2 nätter, utnyttja nu!

Pool & Gardens: fantastisk pool med utsikt, grillplats, utomhus duschar, badrum.
Huvudbyggnaden: 2 sovrum med delat badrum, utrustat kök, frukost bar, stora vardagsrum och rymlig terrass med olika utsikt över havet.
Sovrum # 1: 1 queen bed, 1 våningssäng, A / C, takfläkt, delat badrum / dusch med sovrum # 2.
Sovrum # 2: 1 våningssäng (Queen size och Full storlek säng), A / C, takfläkt, delat badrum / dusch.
Sovrum # 3: 1 King bed, 2 våningssängar (2 Queen & 2 Full bäddar), A / C, takfläkt, TV, promenader garderob, delade stort badrum / dusch med sovrum 4 #.
Sovrum # 4: 2 våningssängar (2 Queen & 2 Full bäddar), se till havet och pool, A / C, delade stora badrum / dusch.
Sovrum # 5 (Tower): 1 King bed, 1 våningssäng (Queen & Full säng), A / C, takfläkt, TV, gång garderob, eget badrum / dusch. Det har med en fantastisk utsikt över havet från sovrummet och privat terrass på andra våningen.
BEACH: Huset har tillgång till privat strand med stentrappor och en grind som förblir stängd för säkerheten. Fastigheten räknar med egen privat säkerhet och underhåll samt ett rum för hushållshjälp.

Great place to relax and spend time with family

We came during the rainy season (June) so the beach was inaccessible, but the pool was wonderful and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend and plan on staying in the future

Amazing experience

It was paradise, from the views to the cook, to the staff who made this vacation stress free. You can see whales , hear the ocean waves, and a really good restaurant next door. Theres stairs that lead to a bat cave by the beach. We got massages on the top on the beach house it was beautiful. Couldn't be more greatful. Thanks to David and Eva they made this trip the best ever!!Only regret , we wish we would have stayed longer.

Ideal Getaway

Coming from a stressful environment and staying at this place, relieved all the tension almost immediately. From the spacious rooms to the gorgeous views, everything was amazing. The groundskeepers Eva and David were both very welcoming and so helpful, it was refreshing to find that anything we needed was readily available. Remarcable attention to detail, they were very attentive, their service was great. The host was very helpful and understanding. She accomodates to your needs. Would 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely Amazing

Rina is a sweetheart. The home was better than the description on Vrbo. It was jaw dropping beautiful. The staff Dona Tita,David and Eva treated us just like family. Paola the masseuse gave us great massages. The location is great. My family agreed this was one of the best vacation we have ever enjoyed. Thank you for making this a wonderful memory we will never forget.❤️

The best bang for your buck

This home is better than the photos. It has everything you could want. A pool. A long table for family dining. beach access. hammocks. coconuts on demand. a lottttt of beds you can fit so many people. My only complaint is that the two largest rooms (with the most beds) share a bathroom. but overall the best service, the best care. groundskeeper will grocery shop for you (for a small fee) and grab you food. you have someone who cleans on site and you can get a cook. we had breakfast taken care of every morning. it was the best. I don't want to stay anywhere else.

My family and friends stayed at this beautifull house . I even celebrated my birthday while h was Georgious . The stay in this house was fenomenal with the help of Don David which takes care of the property and is an amazing person . His wife another sweetheart help in any way she could her name is eva , The cook was amazing what ever you told her to make she made . Lina was so nice and open to when ever you wanted to eat . They were just on time . In everything . And I will never forget Riña was amazing person . Guide me the whole time. What an amazing person . I would not hesitate a minute to rent this beautifull house . We are already planing to come again . I loved them all .

My family and I stayed here for seven nights. The property is beautiful, the house is spacious and the staff is accommodating. However, when you set a nightly rate you also set a standard for your guests. During our stay there were multiple maintenance issues including a leaky toilet in one bathroom, a clogged shower in another and one of the ac units stopped working in one of the bedrooms. The owner did address the leaky toilet and gave us a credit for that issue but the other two issues went unresolved. Furthermore, El Salvador is known to have power outages and it is obvious that the weather cannot be controlled but the owner and the staff were completely unprepared for power outages. When the power goes out so does the running water. One evening after a full day of excursions my family and I were stuck in the dark with no AC and no running water for over five hours. There was no working generator, no water reserve, no flashlights/lanterns, not a single candle was lit for us. Although the owner sent someone out to try to fix a generator it was unable to be fixed. You’d think there would be a working generator on the property. Yes, the property is beautiful, but the price tag did not match the standard of care.

Highly recommended

Everything about this place is amazing. The space is gorgeous, clean, exceptionally maintained, and customer service is excellent. We stayed here with family of children, teens and adults. It was a great place to explore on foot, through a short drive, or a central point for other excursions or day trips. We wish we would have planned for more time at the house. You will not be disappointed.

Family Reunion in El Salvador

Unbelievable views, clean we’ll maintained property. It honestly felt like we stayed in our own 5 Star hotel. Mercedes and Alvaro are amazing and truly made our time there very pleasant.

This house was perfect!

We rented this house for a family vacation (15 people) and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of space and we had a great experience. We were greeted by Alvaro and Mercedes (the staff on site) with a welcome basket. First, Alvaro and Merecedes do a great job taking care of the property. They go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. We paid Mercedes to cook some of our meals and the food was delicious! The food was also prepared at the time given. Alvaro (for a small fee) picked up groceries for our group which made it extremely convenient. Rina was also quick to answer questions via WhatsApp and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Pictures do not do this place justice. We were walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The house is amazing and has every amenity you can possibly imagine including beautiful sunsets, plenty of hammocks for relaxing, a swimming pool, the black sand beach with stunning rock walls and caves to name a few. We will absolutely recommend this place to our family and friends. It was hard leaving the house. El Tunco/Surf City was a ten-minute walk. We also visited Coatepeque Lake which I highly recommend. My teenagers loved the jet skis and lake. Honestly, I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and this was hands down the best! Thank you Rina, Alvaro and Mercedes. Our family will be returning.

Amazing

Words do not do this place justice. Our entire stay was such a great experience. The views, the location, the staff on scene were incredible. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that’s well taken care off. As a bonus, it’s one of the few places that allow small events to be taken at the residence. I’m glad I was able to such a gem. Lots of beds if you have a large group. El tunco is less than 10 mins away if you decide to check out a place with tons of restaurants and bars.
