The house sleeps up to 10 guests (11 with the sofa bed) and welcomes up to 2 small pets 🐾 — the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and convenience. 🌴☀️. The property features four bedrooms:

🏡 Second floor – Two spacious master suites, each with a full private bathroom and panoramic views of the mountains and the pool.

🌿 First floor – Two junior bedrooms: one with a full private bathroom and one with direct access to the shared bathroom. Junior bedrooms rely solely on air conditioning for ventilation (no natural airflow).

The heart of the home is the social area, which includes the porch, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and barbecue zone. Perfect for cooking, gathering, and enjoying quality time. In front of this area is the infinity pool, ideal for relaxing while admiring the mountains and listening to the gentle sound of the sea in the distance.

Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the property allows guests to spot birds, butterflies, and other wildlife.

A few insects may appear, but they are harmless and part of the natural charm.
