No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. “We were 2 families (4 children and 4 adults) from Sweden living in this great house on the Italian countryside for a week. The space, the pool and the location was excellent. We went to see the waterfalls in Sarnano and swam in Lago de Fiastra high in the mountains, and even got invited to a night at the nearby dutch camping site for drinks and karaoke. “This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...
