“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

Es gibt Spielsachen für den Garten, sogar ein Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Der Pool ist riesig und wird sehr gut von den Vermietern gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ganz wunderbare Menschen! “This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. “Hat soweit gepasst, Jedoch war das Geschirr sehr schmutzig. Und das Haus im Allgemeinen war nicht sehr sauber. Kurz das Geschirr gereinigt und an ein paar Ecken den Satubsauger angesetzt, war es dann aber rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Tolles Grundstück. Haus mit Charackter. Sehr ruihge Umgebung.”

“Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder.”
