This rate includes:
- Utilities: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, heating
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal).
Tourism tax (where applicable).

Villa Rivetta is located in the picturesque town of Rezzonico, a medieval pearl located on the western shore of upper Lake Como, about 40 km from Como. Although it has kept the style and flavour typical of the period of fishermen's homes, the villa is equipped with many of the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday. The villa, located in the most alluring part of the town, near the old castle, can be reached on foot. The villa's proximity to the lake and its large terraces, organized as dining and relaxation areas, create a unique atmosphere. Finally, the villa has a private boat dock. The public car park is about 250 metres from the villa and guests can use the porter service for luggage on arrival and departure.
Interior:
Villa Rivetta is divided into a main unit and a small annex. VILLA: The main building has three floors. The ground floor, from whose large windows you have a superb view of the lake, consists of a large, fully-equipped lake-style kitchen and a dining room with direct access out to the two terraces with lake view. On the first floor is a living room with sofa, a bathroom with whirlpool tub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access out to the large terrace with lake view. On the top floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a loft with two single beds, ideal for children. ANNEX: Going down the private staircase of the terraces you come to an independent entrance leading into the cozy annex with double bedroom, TV, kitchenette and a bathroom with tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The villa has two beautiful terraces sloping down towards the lake that offer a panorama that is anything but banal, a veritable impressionist painting. On both terraces various relaxation areas have been set up with sunbeds, umbrellas and tables. An additional covered terrace has been organized as a dining area with a modern barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Pets: On request, 50€ per week or part of week, per animal.
