“This beautiful villa with it's amazing garden and surroundings was perfect for us, a family of four. Everything exceeded our high expectations and the host, Luigi, was so kind and helpful. For us, travelling by car, the free parking was very valuable. Everything you could possible ask for was available in the house and waking up to the stunning view and having breakfast outside was just perfect! “This villa is located halfway up the steps to the village of Corniglia. It overlooks a garden and has a water view. It is conveniently located to explore the other towns by train or walking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and there are several small grocery stores in walking distance (up and down the stairs) to purchase local foods to self cater.”

“Linda & Tony are gracious hosts and know their villa's surroundings well so all tips were spot on. The villa is beautifully situated with no immediate neighbors so a relaxing stay is guaranteed for those of us looking for peace and quiet. For off-season stays its best to check carefully the restaurant opening times, but plenty good places around. Car with a higher clearance recommended, especially if venturing to smaller back roads.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. “Vermieterin ist OK, sie reagierte immer auf die Whatsapp Nachrichten. Die Baustelle nebenan war ab Morgens schon immer sehr störend. Hornissen an der Ausswenwand frassen sich durch das Badezimmer, was wohl schon vor unserer Ankunft bemerkt wurde (Loch wurde mit Papier und Zahnpasta geflickt). Die Tiere wurde dann leider von der Vermietung getötet. Der Garten ist super und auch der Pool (beheizt wäre es noch angenehmer gewesen). Es gibt Platz für 2 Autos und die Zimmer sind geräumig. “Ein wunderschönes Grundstück mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und man kann es auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter gut aushalten, auch gibt es viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Franco hat ebenfalls viele Tipps parat und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere kurze Woche sehr genossen, und für Hund und Kind war der große eingezäunte Garten ideal zum toben.”

“Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind.”

Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen reibungslos. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, als wir bemerkten, dass der Pool nicht im Boden ist, sondern ein Standpool ist. “The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. ”
