âThe room and property is modern and very clean, with all the services you would expect. Breakfast is outstanding, with homemade cakes, pastries and fruits. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location with a few shops and restaurants nearby and San Vito lo Capo a few minutes drive. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this family managed B&B.â

âThe host Nino was super helpful and nice, and the breakfast at the terrace was wonderful! The room had an AC, and it was quiet. Also, there is a possibility to use a washing machine. Parking was easy, and the location was great for us as we were traveling by car. Without a car it can be a bit different, as there's not much stuff to do at Casteluzzo for a longer stay. By car it's about 15minutes from San Vito lo Capo, and only 5 minutes from the local beach, which was really nice. I recommend...

âWe were lucky to get a room for 7 nights in this small b&b. The location was excellent, next to the big square and close to the beach but still in a quiet street. Giuseppe the owner of the place was very, very nice and helpful. He spoke English fluently. He gave us good advice. We also got a discount for the sunbed T the beach â

âThe property is located a stones throw from the beach. The hotel supplies your beach towels. The family running the property were very friendly and helpful with regards questions about the area and making bookings. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very delicious- Italian sandwiches and cakes, yougurt, fruits, cereal, and cappuccino and juices. I highly recommend!â

"Mysigt och vÀlskött campingomrÄde med mÄnga pinjetrÀd. Vi bodde i ett rum/bungalow för 3 personer, vilket var vÀldigt litet. Det sÄg ut att finnas en större modell med kök. VÄrt rum var vÀldigt litet, med en vÀldigt liten dusch. Rent och fint. Liten uteplats med bord, parasoll och torkstÀllning för badklÀder.
Frukost ingick och bestod av yoghurt, fruktsallad, rostat bröd, ost, skinka, juice, kaffe och diverse bakverk. Ganska stort omrÄde, det tog ca 5 min att gÄ frÄn rummet till receptionen. FrÄn receptionen tog det ca 8 min att gÄ till stranden och ca 12-15 min att gÄ in till restaurangerna inne i byn."

"When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I spoke to them in English even though I speak Italian. I overheard them speaking in Italian, saying that the air conditioner wasnât working. We took the keys to our family suite and entered, only to find that the air conditioner was indeed not working and was making a very loud noise, like a tractor.
After several attempts to contact the reception, I was told the first time that a technician had checked it and found no issue. An hour later, I felt like my head was going to explode â we couldnât sleep. After multiple calls to reception, and after contacting the Hotel.com website they informed the hotel, they finally decided to change our suite.
The receptionist put the beach towels in a bag for other guests and told them it was a gift, while she handed the towels to us without a bag.
It was a very bad experience and the service was not pleasant. Everything had an extra charge â parking was âŹ15 per night. They gave us beach towels for free, but if they got dirty, we had to pay extra to replace them.
Although I had already paid the tourist tax during the booking, I was asked to pay an additional âŹ3 per person per night for myself and my family.
After four nights and with four people, we ended up paying âŹ48 in tourist taxes.
